Cooking Classes

Immerse yourself in a journey dedicated to discovering the dishes and traditions of our local area. During the cooking class you can learn how to make fresh pasta and braised beef in Amarone. There will also be a general guide to the preparation of Sbrisolona, a local crumbly almond traybake. After the cooking class, guests will have lunch or dinner in one of the rooms in the Villa, where they can enjoy the dishes they have prepared.
A tour of Villa Della Torre is included in the price.
Upon request, exclusive reservations for lunches and dinners can be made for the rooms in the Villa.
- Price: € 170 (VAT included) with only pasta and sbrisolona / € 250 per person (VAT included) with Amarone-braised beef.
