Soave Castelcerino

Soave Castelcerino

Soave Classico D.O.C.

100% Garganega

Castelcerino Soave Classico is the pure expression of the calcareous soils of Soave. It is produced from vines trained in the traditional Pergola system and located in one of the highest parts of the Soave appellation. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color. The bouquet reveals citrus fruits and a distinctive saline note. On the palate it is savory and mineral, with freshness and crystalline precision. The label, with its white background recalling the limestone soils of the vineyard, depicts the Castle of Soave, the town’s symbol, and a cherry branch, a plant that thrives in the valley and of which the region is justly proud.
