Valpolicella Classico Monte Lencisa
Valpolicella Classico D.O.C.
Corvina 70%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 10%
Valpolicella Classico Monte Lencisa is produced from the vineyard that bears its name, located at an altitude of 450 meters in the coolest valley of Valpolicella. In the glass it displays a pale, luminous red color. The bouquet reveals wild strawberries, cherries, sweet spices, and vibrant citrus. On the palate it is fresh, savory, and peppery, an elegant, vibrant wine that combines freshness with structure. The label illustration depicts the Sanctuary of the Madonna de La Salette and Aeolus, the god of wind, recalling the power of the Venturi effect that benefits the Fumane valley and this vineyard in particular.
